What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, the villa and dates you’re interested in, the number of guests and any message you send. If you go on to book, we’ll also need the details set out in our booking terms.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange your booking and contact you about your stay. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or booking and for our records, then delete them.
